Please review the policies below before your appointment ❤️ • Same-day appointments: Please message to check availability. • Lash clients: Arrive with no face or eye makeup for the best retention. • Cancellation Policy: – Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service cost. – Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the service cost. • No-call / No-show: Charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in being unable to rebook. • Late Policy: If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and the cancellation fee will apply. Please communicate with me—communication is key! • No refunds once services have been completed. •LAST-MINUTE SERVICE CHANGES Appointments are scheduled based on the service selected and the time reserved. Changes to a shorter or lower-priced service must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will be charged the original service price, as the reserved time may be unavailable to rebook. • Payment: 3.5% convenience fee for card transactions. Cash or Zelle preferred with no additional fee. • 3-Day Grace Period: You have 72 hrs after your appointment for a complimentary touch-up if needed. • Gift Cards: Luxe Glow gift cards/certificates are non-refundable—no exceptions. • 23 day Lash Fill Rule: Any lash appointment scheduled over 3 weeks from your last fill will be considered a new full set, regardless of how many extensions remain. This ensures proper placement, retention, and natural lash health. By booking an appointment with any service provider at Luxe Glow Aesthetics, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed above.
