Meet our team! Owner, Molly Greene is a dedicated esthetician with over five years of experience in the lash extension and skincare industry. Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, Molly specializes in personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty while promoting health and wellness of all things beauty related. With a deep commitment to ongoing education and the latest techniques, Molly strives to create a welcoming and transformative experience for every client. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending quality time with family and exploring new destinations through travel. These moments of connection and adventure inspire her to bring positivity and care into every aspect of her profession. And then we have Madi! Madi is a passionate and ambitious student currently pursuing her education in cosmetology. As a young professional, she is dedicated to perfecting her craft and building a strong foundation in hairstyling, and beauty services. With a natural talent and enthusiasm for the industry, Madi spends much of her time honing her skills in the salon, learning from experienced mentors, and staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques. When she’s not immersed in her studies or working in the salon, Madi enjoys connecting with others and drawing inspiration from the world around her, fueling her creativity and dedication to delivering exceptional beauty experiences. Please review the policies below before your appointment ❤️ • Same-day appointments: Please message to check availability. • Lash clients: Arrive with no face or eye makeup for the best retention. • Cancellation Policy: – Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service cost. – Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the service cost. • No-call / No-show: Charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in being unable to rebook. • Late Policy: If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and the cancellation fee will apply. Please communicate with me—communication is key! • No refunds once services have been completed. • Payment: 3.5% convenience fee for card transactions. Cash or Zelle preferred with no additional fee. • 3-Day Grace Period: You have 3 days after your appointment for a complimentary touch-up if needed. • Gift Cards: Luxe Glow gift cards/certificates are non-refundable—no exceptions. • 3-Week Lash Fill Rule: Any lash appointment scheduled over 3 weeks from your last fill will be considered a new full set, regardless of how many extensions remain. This ensures proper placement, retention, and natural lash health.
